Those names for the aircraft aren't nicknames, those are the actual names of those aircraft, and example of a nickname for an aircraft for the F-16 as an example is "Lawn Dart"
I am a weapons loader on USAF aircraft, I've worked on A-10s and F-16s. Just sayin
and Camaro is a good enough name for me no need to call it anything else, its a small vicious animal that eats mustangs.
