I have posted on my issue and over the last week I may be making some head way. I have contacted GM customer Care and it has now gone up the food chain to a higher level as I questioned the original denial of warranty as having no merit. In the internal investigation as they called it, they stated they had pictures of my car and I called them out on that, I sent emails to corporate stating how it sends a pretty false image of GM when they lie to a customer stating they had pictures when this was totally false.
I am waiting to hear back as the case has now been re-opened and I am to recieve an update by friday of this week. So everyone please do keep complaining, this is definately bad paint and GM needs to have everyone file a case claim at the customer care dept. Don't let up, they will try to blow you off.. They know they have a problem and we the owners need to make our voice heard so we can have our cars repaired, repainted or whatever.
