Get a bowl and fill it with cat food and place it on the ground next to where you park your car....when the neighborhood cats start to show up the bird problem goes away! Next build a fence around your yard so the dog you get does'nt get out and get run over....'cause you know your gonna need a good dog to chase off the cats which are now climbing all over your car. Then invest in a good set of noise cancellation earphones so you can't hear the dog barking all night long and you will soon get a good nights sleep once again. All problems solved with benefits...dog also keeps unwanted people out of your yard and noise cancellation earphones work on the wife too...
