Power shifting is more of a term for Motorcycles. You don't use the clutch at all; just press your left foot up on the shifter as you blip the throttle off for a split second. A motorcycle can do that easy with no damage.

I have no-lift (gas peddle) shifted the Camaro a few times, only at the drag strip though. Get good at shifting really fast at high RPM, when you feel confident in doing so then you can try the no-lift on the gas peddle. It does save some time because you don't have as much a drop outside your torque curve. But allot can go wrong really quickly.
