I refused to give it to her explaining that I did not want to provide another avenue for them to continue to harass me, and that I would file a complaint if they contacted me again. I told her someone there had no problem finding my number and using it daily.
I ended the conversation by telling her she had all of the info she needed to look up my file and that I refused to give her my email address. I proceeded to explain to her that she needed to do some legwork to assure that they never contact me again.
Anyone else had problems like this?

I have had problems with them double billing and a CS supervisor calling me Dumb that was a mistake Trust me the Army came out in me real quick lol
But i have found that if you get their out source @ what ever country over seas They Suck the life from this great planet. everytime i speak to someone in North America i get great service and support just my Experience.
