The reason they broke your inner door handle is because the had to remove the trim panel to pull the mirrors and outer handles off. (clods) When you refinish the gill area you will be forced to blend the base coat (color) into the door for an undetectable match. Both the door and 1/4 will receive a full clearcoat. If you have issues with the quality of the paintwork take it back! Just because it was "free" does not mean it should not be done
