I'm going to attempt the vinyl rally's myself and have the stripe kit from GM.

Questions for the install:

The instructions show doing the hood and decklid wet, but the spoiler dry.

Should the spoiler really be done dry by a first time DIy'er? Or did they just leave the wetting step out of the instructions by mistake?

Any preference over using Rapid Tac vs Water and Dawn? Is Rapid Tac going to be forgiving enough for a rookie installer to move it around while perfecting it, or does it set up a lot faster than water and Dawn? The instructions say water and Dawn, but the videos I've watched show them using Rapid Tac.
