Im not a wheel Guy so hopefully someone will chime in that is. BUT from my understanding your wheel would be rougly 9.25" wide and would allow you to use a 275-50-18 tire. There are other components such as Backspacing and offset that you have to take into consideration too, that will determine if your wheel will even clear the brakes and if your tire will fit in the wheel well.
