As REVO1 said, the cars in that game are all generic designs, probably intended to look like popular cars on the road. Video game companies do this when they cannot afford licensing for the actual cars. Same thing with Burnout, Tokyo Xtreme Racer, Ridge Racer, Midnight Club (older ones), and many other low-budget racing games. Thus why the higher-end series like Gran Turismo, Need for Speed, Forza, Project Gotham, etc.. get so much more fanfare and attention. Thats also why it takes so long to make them, because they have to get every car EXACTLY to spec.

In Split/Second, there are actually 2 cars that have Camaro-like design cues, which is pretty cool still. Its not exact.... but hey... I have a hard time looking at damage on Camaros anyways, lol.
