I am not getting any burning clutch smell, however, the HERKY JERKY is really bad when cold and always occurs even after car is warmed up, 4th gear running about 45-40 decellerating, which is about 1800-2000RPMS ....The kids in the back seat complained yesterday, "Stop rocking the car". It's really bad.

Drive it in there. As soon as it cools down that pedal will come back where it should be. At least mine always does. There is a hydrolic issue and your cap is proving what I have been told. I have friends that build race cars for a living at Jerry Bickel that made the front page of camaro 5 a couple of days ago. They want to tear into it but Im affraid to let them. If all else fails that is what is going to happen new clutch, seperate resevoir and everything and just void the warranty.
