The 05-09 Mustang GT was probably under-rated at 300hp. When they first came out, MotorTrend dynoed one at 264 RWHP with an automatic. With a good launch, an 05-09 GT will do about 5 sec. 0-60 and about 13.5@100 in the quarter. I did a run with an accelerometer in an 05 GT, and got 0-60 in 5.4 and a 14.1 quarter with cold tires (it was 15 degrees that day) and admittedly slow, lazy shifts (wasn't my car, so was being more careful than normal not to break anything).
