Gotta give a pat on the back to the guys at Stainless Works for their great customer service. I had Stainless Works long tube headers installed a couple weeks ago by Cincy Speed. The drivers side header had a tube that was rubbing against the steering shaft causing a vibration. Cincy Speed dimpled the tube to get me back home without going out of my mind and said they would contact Stainless Works and let them know what happened. I expected follow up within a week or two, but to my amazement Anthony from Stainless Works contacted me the next day to determine what was wrong. He apologized to me and said they would make it right and ship a new header out ASAP for replacement. I went back to Cincy Speed yesterday and had the new header installed. Everything fits perfect this time! Got some Pfadt drop springs and sway bars installed while I was there too!!

Just wanted all to know what great customer service Stainless Works provides. Not often that you find a company that is that responsive to a customer. I'd have to recommend them to anyone in the market for headers/exhaust. Quality products, just happened I got the one that the flange was a little bit out of place on. Doesn't bother me that the first one was defective since they were so quick to resolve the issue. Big thanks to Stainless Works.
