Sidemarkers are not mandatory in Germany. I replaced them by some custom made LED SML.
One of my reverse lamps used for rear foglight. You can see it on one of the pictures. It's totaly shit, because it is not bright enough for real fog. This is only to satisfy the German TÜV.
Yes, I have a headlight washing system. You can see two black spots in front of the HID's.

I was thinking in the same direction as you. Did you install an extra switch for that fog light? and where did you buy the washing system and how much was it? I am going to bring my car to the Netherlands so i am very interested how you did this? Excuse me for asking so much
