How valuable is your job?
There have been several debates on here lately about whether unions are good or bad. Let's take a poll on how valuable your job is over your pay.
The question is: If the company you work for told you that times are tough and in order for you to keep your job, you would have to take a 20% reduction in pay. What would you do?
