So you brought your car in for manual tranny, engine codes, and brake issues and somehow, the dealer thinks the PCM is fried. The car was running when you took it to the dealer and now it won't even start. Hmmmmmm sounds like the dealer tried to figure out the codes issue and might have done something to the car that involves hooking up to the PCM and maybe, just maybe, their tech fried the PCM somehow and they see your aftermarket HID and Subwoofer and found a way to divert the fault to you. Have they explained how the battery was reinstalled incorrectly to back up their claim. Sounds like a typical dealer scam to me. Unfortunately, what the dealer said after aftermarket electronic stuff on your car voiding the warranty on stuff it can affect is true. Who did the install? If the dealer can put their claim about the incorrect reinstallation of the battery in writing, you might have a claim against the installer.
