Try driving an R/T you may be more than a little surprised at the go and turn it is capable of...... Anywho, I believe I remember the article you speak of and it was an SRT, a sick SRT that had some kind of engine issue and even they stated they had gotten a 13.1 or 13.2 out of the SRT8, think is was missing or something to that effect
