I've heard nothing but good things about Royal Purple, a bunch of guys @ the auto hobby shop on base swear by it.
my car's tranny claims "Lifetime oil, do not change - buuuulll shiza! i've got other pics of the gray sludge from a guys tranny pan after 80k miles. i'd go by rule of thumb on that, not the manual
