Scott, I've got an idea what to do with the "non-saleables"!
Since they're going to the crusher...

...GM should consider selling the "remains" at ChevyMall, ie; a pic. of the new Camaro, with an actual piece of a Camaro enclosed in the frame...or something to that effect.
