The clay definitely can't hurt, but I think it's the temp. Mine wiped off easy today too, but when I've used polymers in cold weather (40 ish) then it's a whole different animal. Since he said he used his in March, I would assume it was cooler than 65, although I'm not familiar with KC weather.
