i've been down this road before on these forums and it never gets anywhere, so believe it or dont. the numbers dont lie. there have been multiple dyno runs posted all putting the R/T in the same range. how does that make it unlikely? this one particular time however had and a stock SRT 6-speed and an stock R/T 6-speed there at the same time and the results were posted. the numbers were 25-30 hp in favor of the SRT, not 50hp. just because its rare to have two trim levels in stock form run back to back, doesnt mean that its unlikely. especially when compared to other dyno sheets that were posted of each trim level individually at different times.

1bad65...i'll agree with you on that again...if i were only set on drag racing, i would have opted for the auto for sure. i however like driving back country roads where its really fun to bang though the gears!
