Seriously though, keeping something like that really isn't "Customer Service" related per se. Customer service would be more important on taking care of problems AFTER the customer has received said product.

I was reading on themustangsource.com from upset buyers because there is a huge hold and all they can get from customer service is that they don't why and don't know when the cars will be shipped. This is a new hold and apparently there are hundreds of 5.0s sitting at a dock waiting to be shipped. It is good they are doing the quality control, but I would be irked too if I couldn't get a stright answer of what is going on or when I will my car. Of course when the 09 Challengers came out with the additional models there was a lot of issues with people getting their cars too and not able to get their info on what was going one. It is a few things that still need to be worked on imho.
