i think h vs. x pipe really depends on the type of mufflers you're using. as a rule of thumb, on most modern musclecars, i'd say x pipe usually goes with bullet or race style mufflers like borla or corsa, and an h pipe usually sounds better with a chambered muffler.


i think the sound of the LS3 lends itself better to the sounds characteristics of a good x pipe/bullet mufflers combo. just my opinion though.
