I called my Dealer today as well. He tried to modify the order and could not. Then he went through the quick order system and created a new order. He could select all the options including the polished wheel option. However he could not submit the order. He called GM and made it up 2 levels, the support person is going to try and push it higher this week. I have a lot of confidence in my Salesperson and he is very good at what he does. My dealer also tried to change my order thru the workbench. It didn't work, so he made a phone call. He was able to change it thru the phone conversation, and when he refreshed the order screen w/ my info, it showed my changes, and the polished wheels w/ the RS package....
