Yes, you will use the original bolts. Bolts torque to 80ft. lbs. accordind to BMR. And yes, it is a pretty easy job to do at home. If you take the tires off it is much easier and just the old ones need to come off. On my 2SS LS3 I installed trailing arms, toe rods, sub-frame connectors, tunnel brace and the outer bushings( at the wheel end of the trailing arms) , all with no problem.

In fact , if you go on the BMR web site you can view the installation instructions for each part #. The trailing arms have urethane bushings, so you will need synthetic grease.
