I don't make up the law.....I just have to be like everyone else at GM and try to keep us from unnecessary risk.

So how about since you cannot sell them for any money or give them away, one can be left unlocked with the keys in it, and there will be a mysterious $100 (hey it's better than nothing, right?) left in it's place.
