I see Paul's point... but if you're driving a bone stock car, you shouldn't have to worry about stuff breaking. I think for the most part GM has done a good job building a strong car, but like any vehicle, there are a few weak points.

No doubt. I think there will be a few here and there break at stock power levels. Most will be just fine at the strip unless they open the motor or add power adders.
