hahaha, that should place the macho one.... Well I traded in my second gen v8 Camaro (with a 4speed Muncie to a MANUAL 2LT and I am very happy indeed. 300 plus horses is puhlenty and I drive it every day. people are failing to mention the this dual overhead cam V6 is SIDI direct injection technology. this high 11.3 compression ratio is one of the reasons that the LLT is so powerful for the displacement. that that diesel like sound you hear under the hood, the injectors shoot gas right into the cylinder at over 2000 lbs of pressure.
The next gen V8 will be a smaller displacement and similar power as it will be probably also a direct injection engine. buy what fits into your lifestyle....do you drive it daily? Do you need all that displacement? Do you winter drive as I do?
I am very happy with my V6, no regrets here! Time for a drive home, I am m out right now....

The perma-grin effect pictured above by a good buddy giving me a ride in my Camaro!
Used 75 Camaro = $3500
Rolling restoration over 10 years = $5000
$5 of gas burned in 10 seconds = Priceless!
