BTW I ordered my 2LT/RS on Oct 15th but decided I wanted the CTS-V and am attempting to convert my order to my son who wants the 2SS.
So something is going on.

You cannot 'change' an order from an LT to an SS or vice versa - they are separate models - thus, the dealer needs to cancel the existing order and put a new one in.........
