In Canada, i go to a business that i trust and get my windows tinted for about $300 with tax, lifetime warranty all, very good quality.
For the CAI, for my cobalt it costs about $375 for a K&N one. Its a good buy if you have the money and plan on keeping your vehicle. It saves you on gas (basically look at when you fill up every week and add an extra day or so with gas savings), keeps you engine cooler (better maintaining it) and it gives you more power, meaning you'll feeling your car respond quicker when you press on the gas and you'll notice a change in noise. You also never have to replace your air filter ever again as the CAI replaces your airbox.
