I got a RD ticket about a month after I had the car. Down in Yorktown, VA...Same weekend as the rally I met you I think...Cop pulls over 4 cars at the same time by blocking the highway in front of us (Two Mustangs, an eclipse, and me)
Says he got me going 88-65...know i wasn't going that fast, when i looked down i saw 81...Went to court to fight it and the cop was good friends with the Judge. $389 ticket and he wouldn't remove the reckless although i never had a ticket before...
I would advise she take one of those driver improvement courses and present that when she goes to court, i'm sure they'll knock off the reckless and just charge money...Good Luck!
