Come on man, 81..88 what the difference if you are over 80 anyway. I hear that all the time. How do you know that the time he observed your speed was the time that you specifically looked down. Usually the first reaction is to jam on the brakes and then look down, just saying. Maybe Yorktown is small enough to have officer-judge friendships but that does not happen where I live.
