I guess all I'm saying is I thought they did such a great job in '07 when the C6 Z06 came out by making it look MEAN and special compared to a base Corvette. I was hoping for some similar treatment for the Z28. The wide flares for the rear wheels especially made that car look special IMHO.

It shouldn't matter if the general public can tell the difference between the SS and the Z. A true car fan will know. Hell, a lot of the people now don't know the difference between the LT and SS. It's crazy how many people ask "Is that the one with the big engine?" Don't worry if people can distinguish between the two. You know and that's all that matters.
