I'd sure love to see the Z28 come out, but think that even if it does, there won't be any way I could afford it. Sux....but at least it would be out there for the more wealthy folks.

Listen, all they do is throw a modded LSA in the Camaro, tweak the suspension, add ground effects, and Z28 is a reality.

They already did it. If the market will accept it, at a later date, they will resurrect it.

The focus is on not going out of business right now. The VOLT is getting most of the development money now.

^ EDIT: link no worky here either.

good video anyway. give me a little more hope.

WHEN the Z28 comes out (I'm predicting no sooner then 2015 :() I see it having either the LS9 or the LSA engine in it.
Most of my opinions were already expressed in many of these posts. 2011 or 2012. I don't think it'll happen before GM AT LEAST STARTS paying back any possible government loans they may get. I think once they get back on their feet, they'll be able to get back on developing cars that people, like us, want more of. Although I think it will be, let's cross our fingers Camaro is as big a success as GM needs and further improvements and models trickle in. Like Tag' said, I doubt I'd be able to afford this car, even if it's around current GT500 MSRP, I'd still love to see it, and maybe build an SS into a Z28. It just seems at least some of the development has already been started with the LS9/LSA, dual-disc TR6060/6L09E, six-pot Brembo calipers and 14.5-plus-inch breaks. They already know this stuff works, and just like Camaro5 said (well, how I interpreted it ), it doesn't seem like it would take all that much to actually make this car (assuming they go FI instead of many other traditionalist's ideas of dropping several hundred pounds of weight and adding a little more power to make it a road course/track car).

storm79 - It can be said there wasn't much reveiled or that was learned from this video (because it was already said), I like any news about the car, good or bad, and can appreciate your find and wanting to share. Thank you for this little bit of information. After driving my '02 Z28 into work this morning (I haven't driven the car out of the neighborhood for like six months), this has added to an already great start to my day Thanks
