yea it is, they aren't selling the concept camaro the go code is so you can place an order for a camaro now it will get updated to just camaro when they start producing them, most dealers may not want to give you it and it's up to the dealer to honor it or not you can call the help line on the gm military discount site they can give you more detail on it.
