then get the manual....
seriously tho, short of swapping the whole cat-back to an aftermarket system, you could pull the mufflers, cut the baffling out, then reinstall them.
also you would have to check with GM about removing the AFM from the car, tho if you are swapping the lifters and cam anyway, then you wont need to worry too much about your warranty.... unless you pay someone to do it.
I honestly feel that a lot of people will enjoy the sound of the 4cyl mode when cruising. then there will be some that would rather have the constant drone at highway speeds.
