All of it needs to be looked at including suspension. Many stock components were not designed to handle some of these huge gains in hp so things like axles can break (which has happened to members on this forum), suspension items like trailing arms can bend (which has happened) etc. Brakes should be upgraded, axles upgraded, safety hoops around the driveshaft, just to mention a few. Suspension bushings and various items in the rear of the car should be looked at to avoid damage from wheel hop or just spinning the tires because the suspension can't keep the power under control.

If you're under 500 hp it's not so dramatic but some guys are really starting to climb up the hp ladder. A car is a system; change one thing, other things related need to be upgraded too.
