I found good insurance coverage 122 a month for full coverage on it so i am good there i believe.

My advice would first be to go to
www.kbb.com and price it with the options you are getting, it will tell you what the dealer invoice is (minus the destination charge, which is generally around $750). Then, don't pay more than $500 above that cost.
