It was very difficult to estimate the number of tickets sold until they were all turned in. We sold about 600 online, I personally sold about 800 tickets. We just didn't have enough advertising or support from our club's general membership to hit that 4000 mark (I had 6000 tickets in circulation to membership etc.) I'm hoping with the addition of Donatos Pizza as a sponsor for 2011 we will be able to sell more than enough tickets.
I'm open to suggestions from everyone, do we keep the tickets at $10 and limit the number still, do we drop them to $5 or less and have to sell a lot more? What does everyone think?
