IMO - if your not going to compete or spend a quite a bit on the rest of your system, I wouldnt worry about a processor.
the MS-8 is supposed to be a REALLY nice unit, and at 800.00 or so, it should be. On top of that, being that its JBL, its probably really solid.
The Cleansweep basically takes your OEM signal and cleans it up, eq's it to flatten out the signal then sends the signal on to an aftermarket amp or two...
There are lots of sound processors on the market, it just depends on what you want it to do, how much flexibility you want, etc...

However, if your just looking for good sound without spending a ton of money - I.e. if your not planning on adding a new set of components and a new amp for the fronts, I wouldnt worry about the processing. just add the subs, tune them and enjoy your much better sounding stereo system.
