Remember waterless was is made to be a "in-between" full wash product. Its not a substitute for a full on wash, as too much dust, dirt and grit will scratch / marr the crap out of your paint.
Yes it is ok to polish or wax your car after a waterless wash - assuming you got ALL of the dirt off the car. I don't trust myself enough to polish after a waterless wash. I always do a full wash before polishing; if by chance you missed any dirt, and you get it in your polishing pads you will do more damage while your polishing.

Since my car is a "Garage Queen" lol she doesnt get much if any dirt on her. Just some lite dust that comes off with the California Duster. Seems like a lot of work to do a full wash when not really needed. Since I have the Essentials kit, when I have a full weekend I will do a full wash and polish/wax to see how it goes. Also once she is all polsihed and waxed it should be easier to keep her clean with just the waterless. I used a lot of the wash on my rims to get the break dust off. I bet I used half a bottom on them alone.
