And for what it's worth if the 3,800 labor hour figure is correct then the $320,000 figure is close to hard cost not what a customer would pay to have the same thing done. If you were a regular customer there is no way you are going to get that much labor from a fab shop for that cheap. Hell, a conservative labor rate of $100 per labor hour (salary cost, insurance cost, overhead cost, and profit) puts the labor cost alone at $380K. Now add the base vehicle and parts of top of that and you can only imagine where the cost would end up.
