I would bet it did...
They are building them at a slower rate, fine-tuning, etc., but that car was not hand-built. It came off the assembly line.
In regards to the Sky/Solstice...those had a lot of "hand building" even in the assembly plant due to a difficult build, issues getting it to production quickly, etc. You can imagine what that did to the loss of money per vehicle sold.
