I called and ordered some stuff from them around July 1st. I never heard anything back so I called to check the status around July 12th.

I was told it would be shipping Friday (July 16th), and my card was billed July 14th.

I never heard anything back, no email with a tracking number, nothing, so I called again July 21st and asked about the order. I was told it was being chromed and should ship in the next couple of days.

No further communication, so I called again July 28th, and was told the parts were being clear coated and would ship in a few days.

No further communication, so I called again Aug 3rd, and was told the order would ship tomorrow.

Still, I have nothing from them and I'm about ready to reverse charges on my card. I may call them again today or tomorrow to check on it but I'm getting tired of being lied to, and blown off.

Bottom line: They may have nice products but I don't know since I haven't received them yet. And they have zero customer service or communication skills. The guy on the phone (owner?) always sounds like he's in a hurry and you're bothering him.

I expect I'll receive the parts, they don't strike me as a company that would take your money and not ship, but they are definitely a company that couldn't care less about customer service and will get to your order when they darn well feel like it.
