agreed, I got them from my Mother....
Mine were almost 100% stress related... once I got out of the Navy... they were gone.
I've maybe had 3 or 4 since I got out... 8 years ago..
when I was in... I'd get one every couple months... couldn't say anything or they'd take my wings... not good.
