I'm new to the whole modding thing too, and the Injen was easy to install. I did take the tire off, but I also did it at night with nothing more than my old man holding a flashlight over my shoulder! Still a piece of cake to install. The directions include photos and are idiot proof...unless you are a new breed of severe idiot, then get some

!
Oh, and to the OP, thanks for the warning on the vacuum line!
