Cobra is capable of a lot faster than that with those mods if it is hooking well. (especially since they have gone as low as 12.4 stock)
A full-bolt on 4th gen with traction will run low 12's all day.
But yes...mod for mod definitely cobra is king....its got a blower. Change the pulley and tune it and your looking at ~450rwhp. You need heads and cam to get that with a 4th gen...just a little more work LOL.
