Very true. Being a small independent bodyshop owner, let me just say: SCREW PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE.
They are a bunch of scam artists, they could care LESS about your car..they only care about their bottom line. GMAC insurance guarantees the use of GM PARTS on your car...most of the big auto insurance companies do not.
