we have time and time again dynoed the same car on 2 to 3 diff dyno's and we came up around 30 to 35 hp less than the others so we think our dyno is off a little bit

I believe you, there is a superflow in our area and it is way off compared to the dynojets that are local. It is a much better tuning tool because of the load, but sucks when trying to compare numbers across the country. The dynojet seems to be the norm for that.
