Looks black to me. Want it to be CGM, but with all the hoopla about wanting to see that color, I don't think these would be the first pix we saw of it.
That car is in the rain...lighting is bad...it's just dark. Even a black car in the rain getting water on it from the roadway makes a BLACK car turn a lighter color. It's rained a few times here recently and after all the rain passed, the sides of my car and the top had dirt, etc on it lightening up the color.
IMO< there's really no way to tell here.
