why? you ask....

the stock heads flow 300+ cc stock, better than LPE stage III heads for the LS2. Only thing I have read is that exhaust side could use a cleanup, not much to do on the intake side.

I have been told that it flows very well stock and is not going to be the performance limiter until 535-550 RWHP NA. The air filter intake and throttle body are the two main intake bottlenecks and the exhaust manifolds and cats are the bottlenecks on the exhaust side.
